Free Bet:

General:

The Free Bet and qualifying bet stakes cannot be cashed out. Only winnings from them can be cashed out.
Free Bets are non-refundable, and the Free Bet stake is not included in any winnings. E.g. If you use a Free Bet of £10 on a bet with odds of 3.00 (2/1), the return would be £30; however, the initial Free Bet amount is removed, and winnings paid to the account will be £20.
A Free Bet can only be used to place wagers, and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged.
If a Free Bet is placed on a selection that is later voided, the free bet will be forfeited.
If a player initiates a withdrawal while one or more bonuses are active, all active bonuses will be automatically revoked and removed from the Player’s balance.
Once claimed, a promotion cannot be cancelled through the player’s account. However, players may request to cancel the promotion at any time by contacting Customer Support. Please note that opting out will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
